Season Information:  All practice sessions are held on Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 in the high school wrestling rooms.  Practices groups are based on experience / skill level and age group as needed.  The Beginner and Intermediate groups practice two days a week for 60 minutes and the Advanced group practices up to four days a week for 90 minutes.  For the Beginner group, the season starts the first week in December and concludes the first week in March during our annual Family Night event.  The Intermediate and Advanced groups begin practice in the middle of November, finishing up with Team State and Individual State in March.
